Service Description
If you can decided what you want to do in advance. We offer a walk-in pass for creative individuals to explore and enjoy our non-scheduled projects during our open hours before 4pm. With this pass, you have the freedom to choose what ever one of our walk in options that you'd like to work on and immerse yourself in a fun and artistic experience. Come in, let your creativity flow, and break the mold with us. To assure your seat, you must book and pay online at least 60 minutes prior to coming. $30 is a deposit towards the craft that you chose to do. You must use your walk in pass, within 7 days of your purchase, as we use this pass to keep your seat available. If you do not use it withing 7 days, you will have to purchase another pass and your deposit of $30 will be forfeited and non refundable. With the Walk In Pass, you can chose to do one of the following : Paint on Canvas Spin Art Slime Chalk Clay Softies Paint on Canvas 1 hour Robot Art Session Sand Art
Cancellation Policy
Artsy Craftsy Cancellation Policy – Break the Moldz LLC At Artsy Craftsy, we understand that life happens and plans can change. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone while maintaining the integrity of our scheduling. Please review our cancellation policy carefully. Cancelling or Rescheduling Your Booking 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking. To do this, please email us at breakmoldz@gmail.com. Eligible for Credit: If you cancel or reschedule within the required notice period, we’ll issue a unique credit code for your future booking. This credit will expire 6 months from the date it's provided. Less than 24 Hours: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for credits or refunds. We’ll do our best to reschedule your booking at a convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, the credit will be forfeited. No-Shows: A no-show without prior notice will result in the full charge of your booking amount, with no refund or credit issued. Refund and Credit Process Email Cancellation Requests to breakmoldz@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance. Once we receive your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours to acknowledge your cancellation or rescheduling. Credits will come as a unique code, valid for six months from the issue date. Refunds (if applicable) may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method. No Refunds or Credits will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations. Safety & Liability By making a reservation with us, you agree to hold Break the Moldz LLC and all associated parties harmless for any injuries—medical or otherwise—that might occur during participation in our activities.
