Acknowledgment of Risks
I understand that participation in arts and crafts activities may involve the use of materials and tools such as paints, dyes, glues, resins, sharp instruments, heat tools, and other crafting supplies.I acknowledge that there is a possibility of minor injuries (such as cuts, burns, or allergic reactions), and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in these activities.
Release of Liability
In consideration for being permitted to participate in activities at Artsy Craftsy at Break the Moldz, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Break the Moldz LLC, Artsy Craftsy, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur during or as a result of participation.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Break the Moldz LLC / Artsy Craftsy at Break the Moldz from any and all claims brought by or on behalf of any person arising out of my participation in these activities.
